OVERVIEW distillery is looking for an experienced Customer Reference Manager to work across various projects for our major tech and cloud clients’ reference programmes. RESPONSIBILITIES As a customer reference manager, you will: Take on responsibility for all aspects of project management as the Project lead managing multiple stakeholder relationships Work closely with the client team to create comms strategies, programme processes and content to meet needs of the wider marketing and sales teams Opportunity to spend time with the client as part of their team part time Liaise with our clients customers to build and strengthen their relationships, maintaining a high standard of communication on behalf of the client Keep a detailed and an up-to-date record of progress in the master documents Qualify story nominations and create briefs for customers and writers Arrange and attend weekly/bi-weekly reporting calls with distillery and client Liaise with the distillery writing and creative team to ensure content is created on time and on brand Work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing thoughts and ideas in a constructive and positive manner Must have skills The ability to understand our client’s customers and objectives, so can generate clear and concise briefs and solve their problems Proactive attitude to drive a programme forward Ability to recognise any other deliverables that could be relevant for client Strong Account handling skills with a track record of leading on projects and hitting targets and deadlines Confident in front of clients and the ability to present when needed A collaborative approach to work Excellent written English Highly organised, proactive and efficient Understanding of social media and collaborating with social teams A proven track record in growing accounts and new business activities Nice to have skills Experience of working on cloud computing/technology industry Experience of working in a customer reference role Must be technically literate and proficient If this sounds like your ideal role, apply today.
