Job Description: Acquire new potential merchants to take up Uniweb's integrated payment solutions - Alipay, WechatPay, GrabPay, UnionPay QR, RazerPay,etc. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with the merchants; Actively reach out to potential clients to onboard onto Uniweb's Wechat Mini programme to offer quality and exclusive deals on the platform. Build strategic relationships with merchants, discover their marketing needs and provide corresponding solutions; Identify new clients and potential business opportunities, and upselling products and services; Act as the lead contact for all merchant account management matters. Monitor and chase work progress, analyze and interpret marketing results, and deliver final reports and presentations to clients; Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed; Prepare all the marketing materials and product decks to merchants. Attend merchant acquiring events and product seminars as and when needed. Job Requirements: Passionate about sales, results-driven, outgoing and confident; Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills; Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, strong attention to details, team player; Ability to develop strong business relationships within all levels of organisations
